Recipe American Pale Ale – APA (all-grain)
An American interpretation of a classic English style. Characterized by floral, fruity, citrus-like, piney, resinous, or sulfur-like American-variety hop character, producing medium to medium-high hop bitterness, flavor and aroma. American-style pale ales have medium body and low to medium maltiness that may include low caramel malt character.
All Grain kit, this is our final version of an American Pale Ale (APA).
Kit contains all the malt, hops, yeast whirlfloc and minerals for a successful brewday.
Grains will be custom milled to suit your system, so in the notes section at checkout, add eg. "Milled for 3V system" or "Milled for BIAB" or "Milled for Grainfather System" "Unmilled etc.
We'll adjust milling to suit and flush the grains with CO2 so they can be stored milled for several weeks before use if necessary.
Your hops will be supplied in a segmented bag with each hop addition all ready to go in.
