Cooper’s TC Series Bootmaker Pale Ale
Thomas Cooper was originally a boot maker.
An American style pale ale with a rich, amber colour, toffee malt flavours, citrus and pine hop aromas and a refreshing, bitter finish with a rich, creamy head.
This new Thomas Cooper's Series has been launched in response to the growing interest in craft beers. This range will eventually replace the black label Thomas Cooper's Selection Range.
These new premium quality kits have been designed to replicate commercially available craft style beers, and contain their own specifically designed yeast blend.
Makes approx. 23 litres.
