Cooper’s TC Series Devils Half Ruby Porter
In 1862 brewery operations shifted to High Street, Kensington by an area known as the Devils Half Acre.
A full bodied, dark black porter with ruby hints, chocolate toffee malt character, moderate bitterness, fruity hop notes and a rich, creamy head.
This new Thomas Cooper's Series has been launched in response to the growing interest in craft beers. This range will eventually replace the black label Thomas Cooper's Selection Range.
These new premium quality kits have been designed to replicate commercially available craft style beers, and contain their own specifically designed yeast blend.
Makes approx. 23 litres.
