Mangrove Jack’s Craft Series Partial Mash Kit – California Common Lager
Partial Mash Kits use a combination of pure unhopped malt extract, grain and hops to allow you to build a beer with more complex flavour profiles, similar to what you would get using an all grain recipe. And it can all be made in a pot on your kitchen stove!
California Common has a bready and toasty aroma with caramel notes, coupled with woody and minty tones. It is a toffee flavoured lager with a slight graininess and a high level of rustic woodiness that gives way to a firm bitterness and a dry finish. Approximate ABV 4%.
Kit Contains:
- 3 kg pure malt extract
- 280 g Caramalt grain
- 100 g Northern Brewer hops
- M54 Californian Lager yeast
- Grain bag
Makes 23 litres.
