Mangrove Jack’s Craft Series Partial Mash Kit – Liberty Golden Ale
Partial Mash Kits use a combination of pure unhopped malt extract, grain and hops to allow you to build a beer with more complex flavour profiles, similar to what you would get using an all grain recipe. And it can all be made in a pot on your kitchen stove!
This Golden Ale is a lovely combination of peach, herbal character and spicy grapefruit aromas with light notes of blackcurrant. Its flavour has a light rich tea biscuit character, subdued by a light bitterness and a spicy, floral yet grapefruit hop character. Approximate ABV 4%.
Kit Contains:
- 3 kg pure malt extract
- 200 g Caramalt grain
- 100 g Carapils grain
- 15 g Herkules hops
- 50 g Brewers Gold hops
- 50 g Cascade hops
- M36 Liberty Bell Ale yeast
- Grain bag
Makes 23 litres.
