Mangrove Jacks Belgian Ale Kit
1.5kg Briess CBW Pilsen Light Malt
Lallemand Belle Saison yeast and allow to ferment warm (27-32 degrees C)
Hops of your choice: 15-25g Dry Hop applied to the fermenter on day 7 and allowed to stand for 5 days.
Suggested hops: Summer (Melon and Apricot note), Amarillo (Fruity/citrus note), Galaxy (Passionfruit/fruity note), Nelson Sauvin (Fruity/Gooseberry Sav Blanc note)
Bottle and allow to age for 6 weeks before drinking.
