This pure malt extract is made from 100% malted barley under exacting conditions and nitrogen flushed to lock in the delicate amber malt flavour and aroma.
We store our malt extracts at 2 Deg C in store so they get to you in perfect condition.
The Amber Malt extract can be used as an adjunct to kit beers or grain beers, partial mash etc. It can also be used in extract brewing.
Suitable for Amber style ales and lagers and can be used to add depth of malt flavour to a range of styles.
