National Home Brew Calcium Chloride
Calcium Chloride is an important mineral for its effect on mash and wort pH. Used to harden water (lowers mash pH) and accentuates malt profile and balance.
It is a useful addition to brewing water in grain brewing.
Can also be used in place of Calcium Sulphate when sulphates are not desired.
