Erlenmeyer Flask 1 Litre
The best brewers make large yeast starters to get their beer fermenting fast. Large populations of active yeast help ensure flavourful beer – free of off flavours.
Erlenmeyer flasks are made from borosilicate so you can move directly from gas stovetop to ice bath for cooling without cracking it. This reduces the risk of contamination when tranferring from one container to another. Alternatively, you can just add boiling water to your malt in the Erlenmeyer flask, seal it, and allow the heat to pasteurise your malt.
Note: It is recommended that you only use these flasks on low pressure gas and not on an electric heating element.
