Grainfather All Grain Kit – Glacial NZ Pilsner
A top NZ pilsner full of lemon and lime aroma, crisp and dry with a floral and fruity taste. Crisp and dry with an overwhelmingly, intriguingly floral character, yet with an intense fruity lime and grapefruit background.
This kit requires temperature controlled fermentation.
HOPS: Pacific Jade, Motueka, Wakatu
YEAST: M84 Bohemian Lager
BREW STATS: OG: 1.050 FG: 1.010 ABV: 5.2% IBU: 40 EBC: 6
NOTE: There appears to be a misprint in the instructions, we haven't told you when to add the Carrageenan. Add this 10-15 minutes before the end of the boil.
