This acclaimed bittering hop, making up about 90% of the Australian crop, is grown primarily in Tasmania. Ideal for British ales and of course, Australian style ales and lagers.
Add hop bag to 500ml (2 cups) boiling water and allow to steep for 10 minutes to release flavour while you prepare your brew. Add contents including teabag into the fermenter just before you add the yeast.
