Polaris is a new variety of hop grown in Germany in the regions of the Hallertau and Tettnang hops. Polaris is fruity and refreshing whit a hint of mint when added late in the boil. Polaris is suited to top and bottom fermenting beers, it has an impressive quality of bitterness and has an enhanced aroma profile. The fruitiness of this hop will come out by dry hopping.
