A noble aroma hop with its origins in England developed late 19th century. Considered by some to be less refined than Goldings, others prefer its juicier, more woody character.
Add hop bag to 500ml (2 cups) boiling water and allow to steep for 10 minutes to release flavour while you prepare your brew. Add contents including teabag into the fermenter just before you add the yeast.
