Use: dual purpose
Characteristics: unique and complex blend of floral, tropical fruit and earthy tones; derived from a cross breed of Simcoe and Nugget hops that has a truly unique flavour and aroma profile; apha acids: 11.5 – 13.5, beta acids: 3.2 – 3.9, cohumulone: 24 – 26%, total oils: 1.0 – 1.5ml/100g dried, myrcene: 47 – 53% of total oils, caryophyllene: 5.2 – 7.8% of total oils, humulene: 13 – 16% of total oils, farnesene: less than 1% of total oils, storage quality: 75% alpha acids remaining after 6 months at 20ºC
