For years, brewers have struggled with lack of access to high quality gas manifolds for keg systems. Thankfully, now it's a thing of the past. John Guest fittings have been around for years and have built a reputation for high quality. Poor quality gas set ups in keg systems can become expensive when they fail. These Gas line splitters are excellent and when used properly, will offer a buy once and buy well solution that will give years of faultless service in your keg system.
This series of John Guest Fittings are fitted with oposing male and female 1/2" BSP threads so they can be joined together to form a solid yet adaptable Gas Syatem manifold for keg systems. They should be tightened up with the correct sized spanner and secured to a mounting board or metal plate and secured inside the keg fridge / Keezer.
The gas outlet has an isolator tap and suits 3/8" LDDPE gas lines.
See pic for one application.
Either a 1/2" BSP barb or a John Guest 1/2" x 3/8" or 1/2" x 5/16" adapter should be used on the inlet side. A 1/2" BSP end plug will be needed for the terminal end of the manifold.
