Used in home wine and beer making, the flavour of coriander seed is complemented by the addition of orange peel, ginger and cardamon.
Add approx. 14-28g coarsely ground coriander to wort at the end of the boil before chilling. Flavour intensity can be varied by the amount used, coarseness of grind and the amount of time allowed to sit in wort before chilling.
