Classic Pale Wheat Malt from Weyermann. Perfect for Hefe styles or as an addition at around 5-7% of the grain bill to improve foam stability.

Brewers notes: ensure reasonably fine milling for maximum benefit. Malted wheat is reasonably small compared to most varieties of malted barley and significant amounts can remain uncracked through a mill set at 0.9mm, thereby limiting exposure to enzymes during the mash. When setting recipes, we mill the wheat seperately for minimal flour, but a thoroughly cracked grain. A second pass usually does the job on a home mill.
If wheat exceeds 15% of the grain bill, consider adding some rice hulls if using a 2V or 3V system for improved lautering (reduces risk of stuck mash/sparge)
