Anyone contemplating spirit making at home is advised to be aware of the legal implicatons of doing so in their own country. Spirit making is considered a legitimate persuit at home in many forward thinking countries. In other's, there are stiff penalties for failing to obey local, state or federal laws, including taxation laws.
