Ideal for cleaning all kegging, brewing, wine making and distilling equipment (including copper, aluminum and brass).
Ideal for use as a keg and line cleaner and sanitiser.
For heavily soiled surfaces such as found in a brewery, do an initial wash and wipe over to remove the coarse organic soiling as found from grain residues and trub. Best results with warm to hot water. Sodium metasilicate can be added 1:3 ratio metasilicate : Percarbonate to make an effective cleaner which can be used as a soaker or CIP Cleaner (Clean In Place). Sodium Metasilicate should not be used on Copper and other soft metals. For use on copper, use straight Sodium percarbonate.
High active oxygen content – Sodium Percarbonate reacts on contact with water to form a solution of Hydrogen Peroxide, which creates the basis of the oxy-action.
