Thermapen has long been regarded as one of the most accurate and reliable thermometers available to grain brewers. Thermapen is accurate, fast and easy to clean and maintain. Stir the mash to even out temperature pockets and hold as close to middle of the mash for the most reliable results.
Taking a quick check of post chilling temperature is easy. Simply clean and sanitise the probe immediately before use and hold the tip mid stream during transfer to the fermenter.
Thermapen is also outstanding for checking the temperature on BBQ's and in the smoker.
