In American IPA’s, for further depth of complexity in your malt grain bill, we suggest use of a richer base malt. ie swap from Pale Malt to Pale Ale malt.

- Crystal malt for pale ales, old ales, barleywines and doppelbocks.
- Adds a bit of color and bittersweet caramel flavour.
