Samuel Willard’s 48 Hour Turbo Yeast
Samuel Willard’s yeasts are specially formulated for Australian conditions to tolerate high heat and humidity. They are Urea free and each foil pack will produce a wash with a Specific Gravity (SG) .980~990 or approximately 20% ABV produced from 8 kg of cane sugar in 4-5 days.
Designed for use when regional temperature conditions have to be considered for both heat and cold and can produce either 14% ABV in 48 hours from 6 KG of sugar, or 20% ABV in 4~5 days from 8 kg of Sugar.
