Within the Brewers Library section, we've included hundreds of instructional and assistance pages and videos to help you along the way. Some of these are relatively short but others, well, you might want to grab a coffee and a chair.
If you have an issue that you require assistance with and can't find a suitable explanation for in the Brewers Library, then please drop us an email. In your email, please explain fully what the issue appears to be, include a digital photograph(s) if necessary and we'll get back to you with answers at the earliest opportunity. Our team members may be tied up with assisting other customers for a while. Please be patient and we'll get to you as quickly as possible.
To further expand our service to clients, we offer a great service where we can view issues and problems as well as carry out teaching sessions as needed via cam2cam technologies. In time, with this service, we'll be running interactive group teaching sessions. If you have a webcam and sound capabilities, such as is found on most laptops and modern home computers, we can link up and see what's going wrong on a case by case basis and speak face to face if needed. Essentially, this brings our excellent in-store service out to the whole of Australia.

This service is normally only available to our registered customers. To Make an appointment, drop us an email with the best times to suit you on [email protected] and we'll reply asap with an appointment time where we can provide the help you need. You can then call via Skpe free of charge at the appointed time.
We may on occassion, extend this service as a courtesy to new customers who haven't previously purchased from us before and are having difficulties getting help from other stores. How much time we can dedicate to non customers is largely dependant on the workload at the time servicing our existing customers, who are of course, very important to us.
