Twin Lever Corker
Place the bottle to be corked between your feet and insert the cork into the chamber of the corker then plunge the cork into the bottle in one swift motion.
Note this type of corker REDUCES the length of the cork after corking due to it being forced through a tapered chamber.
Due to the corks being compressed by forcing it through a tapered nylon chamber the corks MUST be pre-soaked in a warm sterilising solution of No Rinse Sanitiser/Steriliser or Potassium Metabisulphite for at least 30 minutes. Allow the corks to dry off in a clean towel prior to bottling.
