National Home Brew Citric Acid 100g
Citric Acid is used as a final rinse after sterilizing equipment to adjust the pH of the water used.
Dissolve 5g in 2 litres of water and adjust pH according to reliable pH meter. Use 5ml increments to achieve desired pH.
For acid bathing of copper and ceramic saddles, dissolve 5g in one litre of cold water and soak for 24 hours.
Caution: Store dry and sealed and out of reach of children. Avoid contact with skin and eyes. Not to be taken orally.
